Roughly speaking it'll go something like this:

2:00PM (14:00): Tea starts! Come hang in the back yard. There will be tea! And snacks!

4:00PMish (16:00ish): There will be two ceremonies held to actually get us married

4:15ish (16:00ish): BBQ kicks into high gear
